ICHTHYODOG TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you agree to all of these terms:
- 100% payment upfront in USD via kofi or paypal
- you May Not use my artwork/designs for commercial use. we can discuss a commercial fee if necessary. personal use, such as printing out or making buttons is OK if it is Your Own commission, please ask otherwise!
- you May Not remove my credit from my artwork.
- i have the right to refuse any commission i do not want to do
- i am more confident making feminine/androgynous designs than masculine ones, but i am always willing to try
- please feel free to reach out and ask me if youre unsure if i can do something before commissioning me.design TOS
- you May Not sell my designs for more than you paid for unless extra art has been added
- you are free to change design aspects of your character, but you must still credit me as the original designer
- regarding grid fusion/adopts, i Do Not send sketch wips and Do Not do large revisions/changes without extra payment ($15)
- regarding mystery custom commissions, i Do Not send sketch wips and Do Not do Any revisions/changes.
- you May Not private my designs on ToyHou.se without authorising my account (ichthyodog) or giving me a key. this is to help me keep track of my designs
- i do a MAXIMUM of 2 week holds for adoptsturnaround times/working hours
- please keep in mind that i live in New Zealand, and my time is significantly different from that of someone in the US for example, and i may not be available to reach at certain times due to this. my timezone is NZST
- i Do Not work on weekends
- my typical turnaround time is around 1-2 weeks but i may take longer if anything unexpected comes up.

- i will Never send you my email for you to send money through to. i will Always ask you to DM me, or i will dm you.
- i cannot help you if you send money to a fake account.
